Which programme type should I choose?
Stamps suit a simple repeat purchase, like a coffee or a car wash. Points suit businesses with varied basket sizes. Tiers reward your highest-spending customers with status. Percentage suits hand-picked discounts for specific customers. Milestone stamps give a stamp card several rewards instead of one. You can also run more than one at the same time.
Can I run more than one programme type at once?
Yes. Stampet lets you run several programmes simultaneously. A customer can hold a stamp card, a points balance, and a tier status at the same time, all in the same Stampet app.
What happens if a customer loses their phone?
Nothing is lost. Every customer's progress is stored in their Stampet account, not just on their device. They sign in on a new phone and everything is exactly where they left it.
Is there a limit to how many programmes I can run?
The free plan includes one programme. Starter includes three, and Professional includes ten. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard, with no contracts and no setup fees.
Do customers need to download an app?
Customers use the free Stampet app to view their cards, track progress, and redeem rewards. They can also add a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for even quicker access.
