How do I set up a stamp card?

In your Stampet dashboard, go to Programmes, choose your reward type, set the stamp threshold and reward, and you're live. The whole process takes under five minutes. Your staff app updates immediately. There's nothing to install or configure on their end.

Can I run a stamp card and a points programme at the same time?

Yes. Stampet lets you run both simultaneously within the same programme. A customer can collect stamps toward a free item while also accumulating points they can redeem for discounts or other rewards. You configure the earn rates and rewards independently.

What happens if a customer loses their phone?

Nothing is lost. Your customer's progress is stored in their Stampet account, not just on their device. They can log into a new phone and their stamps and points are exactly where they left them.

Can customers see their progress in real time?

Yes. Every time a stamp or points transaction is processed, the customer's Stampet app updates immediately. They can see their current balance, their reward progress, and their transaction history at any time.

Is there a limit to how many programmes I can run?

The free plan includes one programme. The Starter plan includes three, and Professional includes ten. Enterprise has no limit. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard, with no contracts and no setup fees.

Do customers need to download an app?

Customers use the Stampet app to view their stamp card, track points, and redeem rewards. The app is free for customers to download on iOS and Android. Alternatively, customers can add a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for even quicker access.
