Set up once, then forget about it
Three steps to connect, and after that your loyalty programme runs off the sales you were already taking.
Connect Square
Authorise Stampet from your portal. Square asks you to approve it once, and that is the last time you think about credentials.
Link tills and pick a programme
Link each Square location to the matching Stampet location, then choose the points or tiers programme the sales should credit.
Take a sale as usual
Staff attach the customer in Square and take payment. The loyalty credit lands within seconds, with nothing else to scan.
You decide how sales are credited
The integration has a handful of settings and no hidden behaviour. Change them whenever you like, and the next sale follows the new rules.
Enrol customers automatically
Add them the first time they buy
Create new loyalty cards
From their email or mobile in Square
The awkward cases are handled
Refunds, duplicate deliveries, new customers, several branches. The integration is mostly the boring parts done properly.
Credited in seconds
Square tells us the moment a sale completes. Points land before the customer has left the counter.
Customers matched for you
We match the Square customer to their Stampet card by email or mobile, then remember it so every later sale is instant.
New cards created automatically
Optionally create a loyalty card for a Square customer who does not have one yet, and let them know it is waiting.
Refunds reverse cleanly
A refunded sale takes its credit back, in proportion, so nobody can farm points by buying and returning.
Every till, every branch
Link each Square location to the matching Stampet location so sales credit against the right branch.
You can see what happened
An activity feed shows every sale we received and, when one did not credit, says plainly why in one sentence.
One habit at the till, and the rest is automatic
A sale can only credit loyalty if someone is attached to it in Square. That is the whole ask of your staff, and it is a habit they can build in a week. Your integration page shows the share of sales that had a customer attached, so you are never guessing whether it has stuck.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Square integration work?
You connect your Square account once from the Stampet portal, link each Square location to the matching Stampet location, and choose which loyalty programme receives the sales. From then on, every completed Square sale is sent to Stampet and credited within seconds. Nothing changes about how your staff take payment.
Do my staff have to do anything differently at the till?
They attach the customer to the sale in Square, the same way they would to record any customer purchase. That is the one step that matters: a sale with no customer attached has no loyalty card to credit. Your integration page shows the share of sales that had a customer attached, so you can see at a glance whether the habit has stuck.
Which loyalty programmes can be credited from Square?
Spend-based programmes: points and tiers. A sale carries an amount, so it can be turned into points or tier progress automatically. Stamp cards, percentage discounts and paid memberships are not credited from a till, because they are not earned from a spend figure.
What happens to customers who are not on Stampet yet?
You choose. Stampet can create a loyalty card automatically from the email address or mobile number on the customer's Square profile and let them know it is waiting, or you can leave that switched off and only credit customers who already have a card. Existing Stampet customers can also be enrolled in the programme the first time they buy from you.
What happens when a sale is refunded?
The credit is reversed. A full refund takes back everything that was awarded, and a partial refund takes back the same share, calculated against what was actually credited. So a customer who earned double points during a promotion loses double points back and cannot profit from refunding. The customer sees both the credit and the reversal in their history, never a silent gap.
Does it work across more than one location?
Yes. Each Square location is linked to one of your Stampet locations, so sales credit against the right branch in your reporting. A Square location you have not linked yet simply does not credit, and the activity feed tells you that is why.
What plan do I need?
POS integrations are on the Professional plan. If a subscription lapses, the connection stays in place and sales credit again as soon as the plan is back.
Let the till do the loyalty
Connect Square, choose a programme, and every sale starts building your customers towards their next reward.
