What happens if a customer loses their phone?
Nothing is lost. Their progress is stored in their Stampet account, not on the device. They can sign in on a new phone and their stamps are exactly where they left them.
Is a stamp card different from a milestone card?
A standard stamp card has one threshold and one reward, like buy 9 get 1 free. A milestone card unlocks a different reward at several thresholds along the way, such as stamp 3, 7, and 10. Both run on the same digital card.
