How do customers earn points?
You choose the earning mode: a fixed number of points per visit, or points per pound spent. Staff scan the customer's QR code and points are added automatically at the rate you set.
How do customers redeem points?
You set the rewards points can be redeemed for, such as a discount or a free item. Staff see the customer's balance when they scan and redeem with one tap.
Can points expire?
You can set points to expire after a number of days, or leave them to never expire. Either way, the balance is always visible to the customer in the Stampet app.
Can I run points alongside a stamp card or membership?
Yes. A customer can hold a stamp card, a points balance, and a paid membership at the same time, all in the same Stampet app, tracked independently.
What plan do I need?
Points programmes are available on the Starter plan and above. The free plan supports stamp cards only.
