What automated campaigns are available?

Stampet includes five automation triggers: Win-back (contacts customers who haven't visited in a set number of days), Almost Reward (nudges customers close to their next reward), Welcome (greets new members when they join), Milestone (celebrates a customer's nth visit), and Birthday (sends a birthday reward on their special day). Each is fully configurable: you set the trigger conditions and the message, and Stampet handles the rest.

Can I customise the message for each automation?

Yes. Every automation has its own editable title and message body. You can personalise the copy, include a special offer, and adjust the tone to match your brand voice. Automation messages are written by you. Stampet just handles the triggering and delivery.

Do automated campaigns count toward my monthly send limit?

Yes. Automated campaigns count toward your monthly recipient-send allowance in the same way as manual campaigns, at one send per customer reached. Transaction notifications (stamp earned, reward unlocked, points updated) are never counted. The free plan includes 500 sends per month, with higher allowances on Starter and Professional.

How does the win-back trigger know a customer is lapsing?

The win-back automation monitors the date of each customer's most recent visit. You set a threshold, for example 14 or 30 days, and when a customer exceeds that period without returning, Stampet automatically sends them your configured win-back message. The trigger fires once per customer per lapse period, so they won't receive repeated messages if they haven't responded.

Can I pause or edit an automation after it's running?

Yes. You can pause, edit, or permanently deactivate any automation at any time from your dashboard. Editing a running automation updates the message for future triggers. Customers who already received the previous version are unaffected. Pausing halts new sends without deleting your configuration.
