Never miss a stamp, even without WiFi.
Your staff app works perfectly without internet. Stamps and points are recorded locally and sync automatically when connection returns. Perfect for busy periods or locations with spotty WiFi.
No credit card required · Offline mode on all plans
Stamp cards that never go down
Three steps. Zero internet required. The staff app handles everything locally and syncs silently when it can, so you never have to think about connectivity again.
Customer visits as normal
Staff open the Stampet staff app and scan the customer's QR code. The app processes stamps and points locally, with an experience identical to being online.
Transactions stored locally
Every stamp, redemption, and points transaction is saved securely to the device. Staff see a queued count, a clear indicator that everything is captured.
Auto-sync on reconnect
The moment the device finds connectivity via WiFi, 4G, or 5G, all queued transactions upload silently in the background. Nothing is required from staff.
Without offline support
With Stampet offline mode
Why offline matters more than you think
Internet outages are unpredictable. Busy periods strain routers. Your loyalty programme should be the one thing in your business that never lets you down.
No single point of failure
Your loyalty programme doesn't depend on your router, your ISP, or anyone's server being up. It runs on the device.
Busy period proof
During your busiest moments, whether queues, outdoor events, or packed markets, the system never slows down or goes dark.
On-device storage
Transactions are written to the device immediately. There is zero delay between scanning and recording, whether offline or not.
Silent background sync
Sync happens automatically when connection returns. Staff never need to upload, export, or reconcile anything manually.
Instant stamp confirmation
Staff see the stamp applied immediately on screen. There is no spinner, no loading state, no waiting for a server response.
Tamper-proof queue
Queued transactions are secured on-device. They cannot be modified, duplicated, or lost between scan and sync.
The Stampet staff app works exactly the same whether you're in a city centre or in the middle of a field at a summer festival.
Built for how local businesses actually operate
A mobile food truck operates at festivals with unreliable connectivity all summer. Crowds, remote fields, and temporary power make WiFi wishful thinking.
With offline mode, they stamp loyalty cards all day without thinking about signal. When they drive back into range at the end of the weekend, hundreds of transactions sync in seconds. Not one stamp is missed.
Frequently asked questions
How does offline mode work?
When the Stampet staff app loses internet connectivity, it automatically switches to offline mode. All stamps, points, and redemptions are written directly to the device's local storage. Staff continue scanning as normal. Nothing changes in the interface except a status indicator showing the number of queued transactions. When the connection returns, all queued transactions upload to the server in the background without any input from staff.
How long can the app operate without internet?
Indefinitely. There is no time limit on offline operation. The app can run for a full day, a weekend at a festival, or longer without a connection. The only limit is the device battery. Hundreds of transactions can be queued and will sync completely in seconds once connection is restored.
When the connection returns, do stamps sync automatically?
Yes, completely automatically. The moment the device detects connectivity via WiFi, 4G, or 5G, the sync begins in the background. Staff do not need to press a button, navigate to a sync screen, or restart the app. Customers' balances and reward progress update within seconds of the connection being restored.
Can customers see their stamps update in real time when offline?
The customer's wallet pass or app will reflect the new stamp once the staff app has synced. If staff are currently offline, there will be a short delay, usually just seconds after reconnection. In the meantime, staff can show the customer the queued transaction on the staff app screen as confirmation. The stamp is recorded; it just hasn't synced to the cloud yet.
Is there a risk of duplicate stamps if the sync fails?
No. Each transaction is given a unique identifier when it is recorded offline. If a sync attempt fails partway through and retries, the server recognises the transaction ID and skips any already-applied entries. Duplicate stamps are not possible through a sync failure. Every transaction is processed exactly once.
