How do customers buy a gift card?
Every gift card has its own public link and QR code, so customers can buy directly from a social post, your receipts, or a poster on the counter. They pay by card, and the card is delivered instantly. There is nothing for you to print or post.
Do you take a cut of gift card sales?
No. Gift card payments run through your own Stripe account as a direct charge, so you are the merchant of record and keep the full amount. Stampet does not take a platform fee on gift card sales.
How is a gift card redeemed?
The recipient shows the same Stampet QR code they use for stamps and points. Staff scan it, see the remaining balance on screen, and tap to deduct what the customer spends. There is no separate card to carry or code to type in.
What if the recipient doesn't have the Stampet app yet?
They get a claim link by email, with a reminder if it goes unopened. Tapping it creates or links their Stampet account and adds the gift card balance automatically, ready to redeem on their next visit.
Can I set my own amounts and design?
Yes. Set the value, add your terms, and design the card with your colours and logo, using the same card designer as your loyalty programmes and memberships.
What plan do I need?
